Having managed healthcare institutions in North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee earlier in his career, Mark has been at the helm of our facility for over 21 years. He worked alongside his grandfather Aiden Redding who founded the facility in 1970, and continues to maintain the caring and warm spirit his elders established.
Mark recently served as the distinguished president of the Maine Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators and maintains active participation in the Maine Health Care Association.
Mark graduated from Southern Adventist University with a BSBA and New England College with a MSM with an emphasis in health care administration.
Mark and his wife Valerie reside in Peru and have four children, two grandchildren and four cats. Mark volunteers as the treasurer and board member for the community church.
Michele graduated from the University of Maine in Augusta with an Associates degree in Nursing in 1999 and received a Bachelors of Nursing in 2016.
Michelle and her husband Roy live in Dixfield and have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys reading, camping, crocheting and sewing in her free time.
In her free time, Naomi enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and her son along with their pets, in addition to camping, boating and hiking”.
In her spare time, Chloe likes to maintain her home, “for the pets.” She has a collie and tortoiseshell cat. Chloe also has a collection of antique swords and knives that reside in their own room of the house.
In her spare time she likes reading, bird watching, gardening and canning her own vegetable and numerous kinds of pickles that her two children love to eat.
