Skilled Nursing Care
We have 47 beds for short and long term residents with acute and chronic conditions requiring 24 hour skilled medical care.

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
Family members can feel confident knowing that their loved ones are well taken care of in a safe, calm and loving environment at Pinnacle. Our team is highly experienced in caring for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia and understands the optimal methods to maximize their comfort and safety.
Platinum Rehab
Our Platinum Rehab therapy program is a targeted rehabilitation program designed for our patients to return home at optimal strength and successfully reintegrate into their communities. Our brand new therapy room is modern and spacious, providing our residents with a serene environment conducive to healing.
Therapeutic Diet
Our therapeutic diet focuses around creating a customized nutritional plan for each each individual's preferences, allergies and medical requirements to ensure the diet provides adequate calories conducive to the healing and happiness of our patients.
Residential Care
We offer a warm, family oriented environment for elderly persons who need a place to live or are unable to live by themselves but do not require 24 hour nursing care. With 66 available residential care beds, our facility can provide for varied levels of needs from those requiring minimal assistance to help with daily or routine tasks.
Our residents enjoy the flexibility and independence of being in their own home but in a structured environment with an experienced team able to accommodate their personal and medical needs as they evolve.
Wound Care
For patients with complex wounds, we offer an integrated care system of professional, clinical and technical resources. We treat a variety of wounds, including ostomies, diabetic ulcers, arterial/venous ulcers, pressure ulcers and burns.
